This song draws its inspiration from two songs by the Beatles: “The Word” (Rubber Soul) and “Getting Better” (Sgt. Pepper’s), but it is my interpretation of the song, not their idea. They saw the word as simply "love" and I chose to see it as "God's love".
My philosophy of art is simple: I paint what I find fun or inspiring; if someone else is moved by it, that's great! I derive great joy from selling my original paintings to people who truly love them! Since 2015 I have been giving most of my original paintings to non-profit community-building and religious organizations to assist in their fund-raising efforts via a new effort I have started called Art is Mission (AiM).
